Tivan Limited ( (AU:TVN) ) has issued an update.

Tivan Limited has appointed experienced resources and energy executive Robert Gerrard as Chief Operating Officer, effective 20 April 2026, strengthening its leadership bench as it moves into intensive project delivery phases. Gerrard brings more than 18 years’ experience delivering large-scale Australian mining and LNG projects, along with recent responsibilities at KBR for driving growth in critical minerals and energy transition work.

In his new role, Gerrard will build Tivan’s project execution capability, overseeing engineering, construction, commissioning and operational readiness, and working closely with existing technical and commercial leaders. The appointment comes as Tivan advances a Definitive Feasibility Study and ramp-up planning for its Speewah Fluorite Project ahead of a targeted investment decision later this year, while progressing studies at Molyhil and Sandover, underscoring the company’s ambition to establish itself as a key critical minerals developer across northern Australia.
