Tivan Limited ( (AU:TVN) ) has provided an announcement.
Tivan Limited has established a new regional office in Kununurra to support the development of its Speewah Fluorite Project in Western Australia’s East Kimberley. Located on Coolibah Drive and due to become operational in April, the office will host key project personnel and act as a hub for engagement with Traditional Owners, Native Title Holders, and the broader local community.
The Kununurra office will underpin Tivan’s plans to increase on-ground activity, maximise local employment and procurement, and provide training pathways across the region. The move signals a maturing phase for the Speewah project, which remains on track for its Definitive Feasibility Study and a targeted final investment decision in the fourth quarter of 2026.
In a further commitment to localisation, Executive Chairman Grant Wilson will be based in Kununurra for six months from April to oversee preparations. The company says the permanent presence is intended to build long-term relationships and ensure the project delivers a durable contribution to the East Kimberley economy.
