Tivan Limited has announced a non-renounceable entitlement offer for eligible shareholders to raise approximately $7.5 million before expenses. Shareholders can purchase 1 new share for every 11.5 they hold at $0.05 each, with an additional option for every 2 new shares acquired. The offer, which is not underwritten, includes an oversubscription facility, and closes on September 2, 2024.
