Tivan Limited has successfully completed its Entitlement Offer, raising approximately $1.523 million through shareholder subscriptions, which will help fund the company’s upcoming resource projects. The offer included an issue price for new shares with additional free options, and despite a shortfall, nearly 500 shareholders participated, displaying confidence in Tivan’s future, particularly the Speewah Fluorite Project. A Shortfall Offer will follow, providing the company with financial flexibility moving forward.
