Tivan Limited ( (AU:TVN) ) just unveiled an update.
Tivan Limited has advanced its flagship Speewah Fluorite Project with completion of a feasibility study, approval to progress to a definitive feasibility phase and an upgraded mineral resource estimate showing a 16% increase in tonnage and 6% more contained CaF2, reinforcing its status as a major western source of high-purity fluorite. The project secured significant funding from ETFS Capital and Japan Fluorite Corporation, early test work confirmed the ability to produce premium acid-grade fluorspar, and the asset was highlighted in a joint Japan-U.S. fact sheet as strategically important, underscoring Speewah’s role in diversifying critical mineral supply chains.
Beyond Speewah, Tivan completed acquisitions of the Molyhil Tungsten Project in the Northern Territory and copper-gold prospects in Timor-Leste, commenced drilling and scoping work across its portfolio, and reported ultra high-grade fluorite and strong copper-gold assay results that point to broader growth options. The company also strengthened its operating platform by opening a regional office in Kununurra, appointing a chief operating officer, securing government grants and tax offsets, and agreeing a community development initiative with the Central Land Council, indicating a more mature project pipeline and growing social licence in its key jurisdictions.
