Titomic Limited has announced the issuance of 6,640,607 new ordinary shares, as part of their FY23 and FY24 Employee Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, aimed at rewarding Australian-based employees. The shares are to be quoted under the ASX security code TTT, with the issue date set for September 3, 2024.
