Titan Medical Inc. has successfully completed a private placement of subscription receipts, raising $7.7 million in conjunction with its all-stock transaction with Conavi Medical Inc. The deal includes institutional and accredited investors receiving Conavi shares and warrants upon meeting certain conditions, with provisions for a future reverse take-over of Titan by Conavi.
