Titan Medical Inc. has modified its amalgamation agreement with Conavi Medical Inc. for the third time, adjusting the merger conditions and extending the deadline for completion to October 10, 2024. Additionally, the Toronto Stock Exchange has allowed Titan to delay its Annual General and Special Meeting until September 30, 2024.
