Tissue Repair Ltd has announced the issuance of 50,000 unquoted securities under an employee incentive scheme, with an exercise price of $1.15 each, expiring on 27 March 2036. These securities, which are currently restricted and not quoted on the ASX, will be issued on 27 March 2024.
