Tissue Repair Ltd has lodged an application with the Takeovers Panel alleging undisclosed associations among its shareholders, who are seeking to restructure the company’s board by removing two directors and appointing a new one. The company claims inconsistencies in the shareholders’ notices and is seeking interim and final orders to prevent further actions and disclosures by the concerned shareholders. The Panel has yet to appoint a sitting Panel or comment on the application’s merits.
