An update from Tirupati Graphite Plc ( (GB:TGR) ) is now available.
Tirupati Graphite plc has resolved to change its name to Total Graphite Plc as part of a wider corporate rebrand following a restructuring and turnaround initiated in early 2025. The new name is intended to better reflect the company’s mission to become a vertically integrated mine-to-product producer of natural flake graphite-based materials for energy transition and industrial markets.
The board expects the rebrand to improve brand clarity, strengthen recognition in key markets and support long-term growth, including expanding Madagascar production, advancing major Mozambique projects and moving further downstream in the graphite value chain. Trading in the company’s shares, its TIDM code, ISIN, governance and operations will remain unchanged, while packaging updates will be phased in to avoid disruption and additional costs.
