Tirupati Graphite Plc, a graphite production company with a focus on green applications, has announced the issuance of 1,363,636 new ordinary shares to Joint Managing Director Ms. Puruvi Poddar as part of her remuneration. Following the transaction, Ms. Poddar’s holdings have increased to represent 1.13% of the company. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange with each share priced at £0.11.
