Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd., a Singapore-based company, has provided clarifications regarding a recent Straits Times article. The company’s subsidiary, Tiong Woon Project and Contracting Pte. Ltd., has secured a contract related to a $3 billion integrated waste management facility project in Tuas, expected to begin in the latter half of FY 2024 and complete by December 2024. However, this project is not anticipated to materially impact the company’s earnings or net tangible assets for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
