Tiong Seng Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary Tiong Seng Contractors (Private) Limited, has secured a $112.5 million contract from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore for construction enhancements at the Singapore Aviation Academy. The project includes the addition of a new steel roof and improvements to the terrace and main entrance, with site possession set for September 2024. The contract is not anticipated to significantly affect the Group’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
