Tiong Seng Holdings Limited has issued a correction for a typographical error in their earlier appendix related to the company’s AGM notices, specifically regarding the deadline to submit proxy instruments. The corrected deadline is now set for 2.00 p.m. on 28 April 2024, as opposed to the previously stated 26 April 2024. Shareholders are instructed to submit their proxies either physically at the company’s registered office or via email by the new deadline.
