Tinybeans Group Ltd has announced a new securities issue, including over 59 million fully paid ordinary shares and attaching options expiring in April 2025. Trading is set to resume on an ex-entitlement basis starting April 17th, 2024, with an offer closing date for retail security holders on May 13th, 2024.
