Tinybeans Group Ltd announces the appointment of ex-CEO of Seven West Media, James Warburton, as a non-executive director starting 1 July 2024. Warburton’s vast experience in media and advertising is expected to help drive the company’s growth strategy in Australia and internationally. In line with his appointment, Warburton will receive 10 million incentive options, subject to shareholder approval and vesting conditions.
