Tintina Mines Limited has announced a share consolidation of two pre-consolidated shares for one post-consolidated share, effective August 13, 2024. Following the consolidation, the total issued and outstanding common shares will nearly halve, with trading to resume on the TSX Venture Exchange on the same day.
