TINONE RESOURCES INC (TSE:TORC) has released an update.

TinOne Resources Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise C$500,000 through the sale of units at C$0.15 each, which includes one common share and a purchase warrant. The funds will bolster exploration efforts and working capital. The offering, subject to regulatory and board approval, will also adhere to a four-month statutory hold period.
