Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. has announced the approval of final and special dividends for the 2023 financial year, with shareholders set to receive RMB 0.2766 per share. The dividends will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0761, with the payment date scheduled for 10 July 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 13 June 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid following a book close period from 14 June to 18 June 2024.
