TINC Comm. VA has announced a €13 million investment in the Hortus Conclusus project, a new, sustainable detention complex in Antwerp aimed at humane conditions and successful reintegration of detainees. The project, part of Belgium’s masterplan to modernize prisons, involves a public-private partnership and is expected to be operational from 2026. TINC’s investment represents a 50% stake alongside partners Jan De Nul and EEG in this 25-year project valued at around €200 million.
