Timken Company (TKR) has shared an announcement.
The Timken Company has expanded its Board of Directors from ten to eleven members with the addition of Todd M. Leombruno, who will start his term on August 8, 2024. Leombruno, currently Executive Vice President and CFO of Parker Hannifin Corporation, will serve on the Board until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and participate in the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. His compensation and indemnification agreement align with the company’s standard practices for non-employee directors.
