Times China Holdings Reports Strong Sales Performance

Times China Holdings (HK:1233) has released an update.

Times China Holdings reported unaudited contracted sales of approximately RMB8,411 million with a contracted gross floor area of 696,000 square meters for the first eleven months of 2024. In November alone, the company achieved contracted sales of RMB855 million covering 67,000 square meters. Investors are advised to exercise caution due to potential discrepancies with future audited figures.
