Times China Holdings Limited has reported unaudited operating statistics for the first nine months of 2024, with an impressive RMB6,251 million in aggregated contracted sales and 512,000 square meters of gross floor area sold. However, the company advises investors to be cautious with these preliminary figures, as they are subject to change upon final verification. The September 2024 sales alone accounted for approximately RMB555 million and 47,000 square meters of the total.
