Times China Holdings Limited has reported unaudited operating statistics for the first half of 2024, revealing aggregated contracted sales of approximately RMB 4.291 billion and a contracted gross floor area of 337,000 square meters. For June 2024 alone, the sales reached around RMB 705 million with a gross floor area of 70,000 square meters.
