Times China Holdings Limited reports unaudited operating statistics, revealing that their aggregated contracted sales hit RMB 3.586 billion over five months ending May 2024, with a gross floor area of 267,000 square meters. In May alone, sales reached approximately RMB 1.005 billion for about 70,000 square meters. Investors are cautioned not to rely solely on these preliminary figures for trading decisions.
