Timberline Resources Sets Merger Vote with McEwen Mining

Timberline Resources (TLRS) has released an update.

Timberline Resources has announced a special meeting for stockholders to vote on a proposed merger with McEwen Mining, a gold and silver producer with international operations. The meeting is set for August 16, 2024, with the merger expected to close in August subject to stockholder approval. Shareholders of record as of July 8 will receive proxy materials to cast their votes.
