TIH Limited has announced the Singapore International Commercial Court’s decision favoring Transpac Investments Limited in their legal dispute, entitling Transpac to close their bond account and retrieve the bond amount and interest. The company is considering an appeal and maintains that the outcome does not materially affect its financial position or prospects. Further updates will be provided to shareholders as necessary.
