TIH Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, with Ms Poh Mui Hoon and Mr Lee Wa Lun Warren joining as Independent Non-Executive Directors. In conjunction with these appointments, Mr Thanathip Vidhayasirinun has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, while the new directors have also taken on roles in other Board Committees.
