Tietoevry Corporation announced a resolution from its Annual General Meeting to distribute EUR 1.50 per share from its distributable funds in two instalments. Starting 26 March 2025, Tietoevry shares will be traded excluding the right to the first instalment of EUR 0.75 per share. This decision is in line with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act’s disclosure requirements.
