Tier One Silver Confirms Board and Auditor

Tier One Silver (TSE:TSLV) has released an update.

Tier One Silver, a silver mining company, has successfully completed its Annual General Meeting, resulting in the re-election of its director nominees and the reappointment of its auditor. Shareholders showed overwhelming support for the current board with vote percentages favoring the nominees ranging from 96.32% to 99.10%. The auditor, Deloitte LLP, was also reappointed with a 99.72% approval rating.
