Tibet Water Resources Ltd. shareholders have overwhelmingly approved all resolutions at their Annual General Meeting, including the re-election of directors, share repurchase, and issuance mandates, and the adoption of new articles of association. Notably, proposals for issuing additional shares and extending the mandate for share issuance were also passed, albeit with a lesser majority of approximately 71.73% in favor. These decisive votes signal strong shareholder confidence in the company’s governance and strategic direction.
