Tianqi Lithium Corporation recently announced the successful passing of all proposed resolutions at their 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), with significant majority votes in favor. Shareholders approved key reports and plans including the 2023 work reports, the annual report summary, and the profit distribution plan. The meeting also saw the approval for re-appointments of auditors and revisions to director remuneration policies.
