Tianqi Lithium Corp. Class H (HK:9696) has released an update.

Tianqi Lithium Corp. has announced the resignation of Mr. Hu Yi as the employee representative supervisor due to other work commitments, effective from October 11, 2024. His departure is amicable, with no disagreements disclosed. Concurrently, Ms. Huang Xiashu has been elected as the new employee representative supervisor, bringing her experience as Deputy Director of Audit and other supervisory roles within the company to the position.
