Tianqi Lithium Corporation has announced the distribution of its 2023 final dividend, set to occur on July 22, 2024, to shareholders registered by June 23, 2024. The dividend will be RMB13.50 for every 10 shares, paid in Renminbi for A shares and H shares through Southbound Trading, and in Hong Kong dollars for other H shareholders. Share transfer registration will be closed from June 18 to June 23, 2024, and the company will withhold applicable taxes for non-resident shareholders.
