Tianjin Tianbao Energy Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a strong attendance of shareholders representing approximately 72.29% of the total issued share capital. Shareholders unanimously approved all resolutions on the agenda, including the adoption of the company’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, and the re-appointment of SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited as the company’s international auditor. The AGM also saw the approval of the company’s profit distribution plan and the remuneration plans for directors and supervisors for the upcoming year.
