Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corporation Limited, formerly known as Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical Group Corporation Limited, has announced amendments to its Articles of Association. These changes are in response to the updated Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and the revised guidelines from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company proposes to abolish its Supervisory Committee and transfer its functions to the Audit Committee, aligning with new regulatory requirements and addressing its management needs.
