Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Co. is set to hold its second H Shareholders’ Class Meeting on September 27, 2024, in Tianjin, where H Shareholders will vote on proposed amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association. Only those registered as H Shareholders by September 25 will be eligible to attend and vote, with the meeting expected to last about 30 minutes. Shareholders may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf, providing all necessary documentation is submitted in advance of the meeting.
