Tiangong International Co. Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 19 June 2024, where all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements and director re-elections, were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders. A final dividend of RMB0.0400 per share was sanctioned, and KPMG was reappointed as the company’s auditors. Notably, the AGM also passed a special resolution to adopt the third amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of the company.
