Tian Tu Capital to Reconsider Global Offering Proceeds

Tian Tu Capital Co., Ltd. has scheduled its third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for July 26, 2024, where shareholders will vote on altering the use of proceeds from the company’s global offering. Shareholders who cannot attend the meeting in person may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. The voting results will be made available on the company’s and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s websites following the EGM.
