Tian Teck Land Limited has announced a final dividend of HKD 0.1 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024, with payment scheduled for 17 October 2024. The dividend announcement comes with an update that the date for shareholder approval has been moved to 10 September 2024 due to the adjournment of the annual general meeting caused by inclement weather. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 19 September to be registered for the dividend, which will be paid in the default currency of HKD.
