Tian Ruixiang Holdings Ltd. has announced the immediate resignation of their CFO, Ms. Mingxiu Luan, citing personal reasons, and has appointed Ms. Yue Wang as the new CFO. Ms. Wang, who holds a CPA certificate and a Bachelor’s degree from Shandong University of Finance and Economics, brings a background in finance management and international logistics to her new role.
