TIAN RUIXIANG Holdings Ltd. has announced the appointment of multiple new directors, including Ms. Min Zhou and Ms. Yun Zhao, who bring expertise in insurance, corporate management, and finance. The board also saw the resignations of independent directors Mr. Michael J. Hamilton and Mr. Benjamin Andrew Cantwell, with Mr. Yu He and Mr. Ting Wang stepping in as their replacements, contributing experience in sales, marketing, finance, and taxation.
