Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on June 28, 2024, where shareholders will review the company’s audited financial statements, consider a final dividend proposal, and vote on the re-election of directors. Additionally, the AGM agenda includes appointing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the independent auditor and authorizing the board to fix its remuneration. Shareholders will also decide on granting the board authority to issue additional shares and securities within specified limits.
