Tian An Australia Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on 10 May 2024 at Transport House in Sydney. The AGM will include consideration of the company’s financial reports for the year ended 31 December 2023, the adoption of the Remuneration Report, re-election of Ms. Cerena Fu as a Director, and a special resolution to approve an additional 10% share placement capacity.
