TI Fluid Systems PLC has recently executed a share buy-back, purchasing 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 132.3659 GBp, with the intent to cancel them. This latest transaction will leave the company with 499,104,654 Ordinary Shares in issue, which also represents the total voting rights. Since the start of the buy-back program in October 2023, TI Fluid Systems has acquired 21,164,487 shares, aiming to improve shareholder value and optimize capital structure.
