TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 166.80 GBp per share, as part of its share buy-back program initiated on 4 October 2023. This latest transaction reduces the total number of voting rights, with 497,804,654 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue. The buy-back program has cumulatively secured 22,464,487 shares at an average price of 140.08 GBp since its commencement.
