TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme. The shares were bought through Peel Hunt at a uniform price of 131.60 GBp each and are set to be canceled, which will leave the company with 498,704,654 Ordinary Shares in issue. Since the Buy-back Programme’s inception on October 4, 2023, a total of 21,564,487 shares have been repurchased.
