TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 130.5306 GBp per share as part of an ongoing Buy-back Programme that commenced on 4 October 2023. Since the program’s start, the company has bought back 21,464,487 shares at an average price of 139.78 GBp each. The cancellation of these shares will reduce the total number of voting rights and shares in issue, affecting shareholders’ notification obligations.
