TI Fluid Systems PLC has reported the purchase of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of an ongoing buy-back program, with the intention to cancel them, affecting the total number of voting rights available to shareholders. The transaction was executed at a volume weighted average price of 130.7057 GBp per share. Since the buy-back program’s inception on October 4, 2023, the company has acquired a total of 21,264,487 ordinary shares.
